I found that when your Shutter Speed is higher, the clearer your picture comes out. Using speeds like 1/1000sec and 1/4000sec made my pictures a lot more clear than using 1/10sec or even 1/160sec. I also realized that if your shutter speed is higher, your aperture should be lower and vice versa. Also if your ISO setting is too high, your subject in the picture can look fuzzy but if you use it too little, the picture is dark.
